Drawn the inside gate with natural early speed, he maps perfectly for Gosford's strongly position-driven profile where being top 3 at the 400m is the dominant winning signal.

Win $100k @ The Coast Raceday Hcp
I Am Dirty has the experience advantage having raced once at Randwick where she finished 6th but was working through her grades. The Baker/King combination is strong at 17% strike rate and she trialled smartly prior to debut. Likely to settle midfield and needs to pick up the leaders, which is achievable on a track favouring forward runners but she's already exposed to the race environment.
Zynaro debuted with a 3rd at Mornington for Waller and now switches to NSW with the in-form Hyeronimus aboard. Drawn barrier 2 and identified as a likely leader, his map suits Gosford's strong forward bias.
The inside draw and forward map suit Gosford's bias significantly.

NCIS Sydney Midway (Bm72)
The Gosford track strongly favours runners settling top-six and improving to top-three at the 400m, which suits her racing pattern. Most likely winner on form.
Smashing Time was strong 2nd to Presides at Kembla last start under 59.5kg and now drops 1.5kg. The blinkers first-time is a meaningful gear change and he's the likely leader - a major Gosford asset where leaders win at a much higher rate than the field. Barrier 10 is a concern but with genuine pressure ahead he should be able to find the front or a forward spot. Strong each-way claims.
Concern is she's a closer and Gosford strongly disadvantages backmarkers - she'll need the very fast tempo predicted to materialise. With genuine pressure expected from #3 and #4, she could pick up the pieces.
Drawn perfectly in barrier 1 at a track that prizes inside draws, fit off two impressive trial wins, and the Freedman stable trains to win first-up despite her 4:0-1-2 record. Bayliss has a strong 24% strike at Gosford. The drop back to 1200m off middle distance work is a query but I Am Invincible-style breeding suggests sprinting is in her wheelhouse.

TAB Highway Hcp (C3)
Maps to lead or press the speed which is the dominant winning profile here (top 3 at 400m wins overwhelmingly). Nash Rawiller's booking confirms stable confidence and his recent 20% strike rate adds further appeal. Genuine elite-class runner dropping into a soft provincial race.
Exit Fee drops sharply in class from BM78 metro grade and has been competitive in Class 3 Randwick races. Hyeronimus is riding in red-hot form. Needs to overcome gate but the talent is clearly there.
Rachel King's booking is a positive signal, and the trial work suggests fitness. However, barrier 14 at position-driven Gosford is a major negative, and she's first-up rising sharply in class. Talent could override but the map is unfavourable.
He's won 3 of his last 4 and placed in the other, mapping forward from a good inside draw which is the winning profile at Gosford. The class rise is the main concern but his momentum and tactical advantage offer significant overlay value.

Triple M Thunder Thousand (Bm78)
Compensation is the standout on form. Drawn perfectly in barrier 1, he projects to land in the first three at the 400m which is the dominant Gosford winning profile. With Rachel King retaining the ride for in-form Bjorn Baker, every box is ticked.
Joseph Pride/Hyeronimus combination strikes at 22%.
Petticoat brings a flawless 3-from-3 first-up record into a race where the dropping-in-class angle stacks up. The freshen typically suits and Dodson knows how to have them ready. A clear top-three chance who can press for the lead from barrier 5.
The class rise is the obvious concern but she's competitive on times and the very fast projected tempo suits her closing pattern. With 53kg and Costin's claim, she's massively overpriced.

Tooheys (Bm78)
Nobler comes off an authoritative win at Randwick over 1600m in BM78 grade and now meets easier opposition. Drawn perfectly in barrier 4 to settle in the first half, which is the dominant winning profile at Gosford. Tyler Schiller is in red-hot form and the Waller stable continues to fire. Distance record (5:1-3-0) confirms 1600m suitability. Most likely winner on form merit.
Lightly raced Waller-trained 3yo with strong upside. Won impressively at Warwick Farm before running a closing 2nd in BM72 at Randwick last start. Barrier 2 is ideal for Gosford's strongly position-driven bias. Stepping out to 1600m is the query but pedigree (Almanzor) and tactical speed suggest he'll handle it.
In-form filly winning at Hawkesbury two-back and running on for 5th in stronger BM72 at Randwick last start. Barrier 3 is ideal for Gosford's position bias and light weight is helpful. The query is whether she can run 1600m for the first time - pedigree by Tivaci suggests she'll get the trip. Live winning chance.
Has actual track and distance form (3rd at Gosford 1600m carrying 57kg) and meets this field 5kg lighter. Barrier 10 is the negative but tactical speed and 52kg should overcome. Genuine each-way value.

Elite Sand & Soil (Bm78)
Thrice represents a major class drop from European black-type company down to provincial BM78. Barrier 4 allows him to settle in the key Gosford winning zone (top 6 at the 400m). At a track that strongly rewards tactical speed and class, his pedigree and form profile is clearly superior.
European import King Of The Sea was an eye-catcher first-up at Caulfield, finishing strongly behind a smart Maher-trained horse. He has won three of his last four overseas including over similar trips. The stable's record with second-up imports stepping up in trip is excellent. Barrier 9 isn't ideal but his racing pattern suits Gosford. Solid each-way claim.
Won well last start at Canterbury and steps up to the right trip. Nash Rawiller's engagement is significant intent. However, barrier 14 at a strongly position-driven track where deep closers are heavily disadvantaged is a major concern. Class and form make him a player but the map is awkward.
King Pedro is the only horse in the race with a track-and-distance win (1:1-0-0 at Gosford 2100m).

De Bortoli Wines Takeover Target Stakes
King Of Roseau profiles ideally for Gosford's position-driven bias. Coming off a Group 3 win at Randwick and a Group 3 victory at Flemington, he has elite black-type credentials. Map suggests he settles forward from gate 6, exactly where Gosford winners come from (top 3 at the 400m). The Snowden stable wins fresh and McEvoy is a big-race specialist. Despite 60kg, his class edge and tactical speed make him the most likely winner.
Sweynesday is one of NZ's most consistent sprinters with 10 top-3 finishes from 10 starts including a Group 3 win last start. The fresh record (3:2-1-0) is excellent. Concerns are barrier 11 at a position-biased track and lack of Australian form, but his sheer consistency and recent Group 3 win make him a clear danger. If Adkins can find good early position from wide draw, he's a major winning chance.
Drawn perfectly in barrier 2 for a track that rewards inside draws and forward positioning. Recent form has been consistent with a BM94 win and competitive Group 3 runs.
Barrier 3 is ideal for the Gosford bias and Rawiller has a perfect record at the track. The gear change (blinkers off, visors on) suggests connections are tinkering for improvement. Strong each-way play.

Steinbok The Coast Qlty
Sarrismo is in career-best form with three straight wins and draws the box-seat barrier 1 at a track that heavily favours runners settling top three at the 400m. Carrying only 53kg gives him a major weight advantage on a field of stakes-grade rivals. The class rise is the question mark, but his trajectory, light weight and tactical position all align with Gosford's strongly map-driven profile. Hard to beat if he handles the class lift.
Lord Penman has elite-level form lines including a Group 3 second to top company and a recent Group 3 third behind quality. Drawn perfectly in barrier 2 at a track where on-pace runners with inside draws dominate. Last-start was disappointing but form is otherwise consistent at this grade.
100 last start. Barrier 6 is workable, and Collett knows the horse.
Grand Omaha is a lightly raced filly with a near-perfect placings profile (210x312) and a weight advantage as a 3yo. Last start she ran 2nd at Mornington in Open class and her distance form is strong.

Guardian Safety Solutions Gosford Gold Cup
He's a proven black-type performer dropping back to Listed grade and is suited stepping up to 2100m. Second up he's 5:1-0-0 with this trip ideal. Wide barrier 16 is the obvious concern at position-driven Gosford, but his class edge and Collett's superb record on him (2 from 3) make him the most likely winner.
Genuine class horse who finished a close 2nd to Asterix last start at Randwick over 2000m carrying 53.5kg. Drops in grade from G3 to Listed and gets the dream barrier 2 at position-sensitive Gosford. With Bayliss who has 24% strike rate at the track, she meets Asterix on better terms with the weight relief. G1 winner credentials make her a serious threat.
Stretching out to 2100m suits as a stayer and second up record is good. Barrier 12 is awkward at Gosford but his class is undeniable when fit. Risk is the class step from a Bench 100 to Listed company on quick back up.
Forgive the last start at Caulfield over 1600m which was clearly too short. This is a proven stayer with G3 winning form over 2400m and Open class wins on his CV. The inside-middle barrier 4 is ideal for Gosford's position-driven bias and Schiller's 20% strike rate at the track is a major positive.

Railway Hotel Gosford (Bm78)
Mogul Monarch returns to a track and distance where he is 2:1-1-0 and produced his career best win on his most recent Gosford visit. Despite a wide draw, his map flexibility and proven Gosford profile align perfectly with the track's first-three-at-400m winning pattern. Significant class drop from open Randwick form.
Blueblood mare from Snowden stable returning fresh with a strong placing profile. Inside barrier 4 and Schiller booking are major positives at Gosford where inside draws hold an edge. First-up record 4:1-2-0 suggests fitness won't be an issue. Risk is that she's a confirmed placegetter rather than dominant winner, but her consistency at this grade makes her a strong each-way proposition.
Scintilla returns 2nd-up after a sound BM88 Randwick first-up effort and her record fresh-second-up reads 2:1-0-0. The slight class drop to BM78 and McEvoy reunion are positives, plus barrier 6 is workable at Gosford. High win rate (38%) suggests she's a quality mare when right.
The track strongly favours forward-settling runners drawn inside, and Mawjood fits that profile perfectly. Last-start 4th at Randwick BM78 was a sound effort and Baker has his horses in good order. Despite recent inconsistency, the map and barrier setup at a position-driven track like Gosford makes him a strong each-way play.
