Eyes Right was outclassed in a 2YO Open on debut but now tackles a much easier maiden. With natural improvement and a drop in grade, she can go close. The barrier is a concern but if she can settle midfield, her finish should be strong.

Tristania is yet to win but rarely runs a bad race. Resuming without a trial is a slight query, but she is well-placed in this maiden. The anticipated fast tempo will help her finishing burst. She looks a solid place chance and can win if luck falls her way.
Flying Betty is as honest as they come and should be in the finish again. She maps to get a soft run from a good gate and the fast pace will suit her run-on style. However, her inability to win is a worry and her jockey combination has not clicked. A place chance at best.
Haz Styles has shown glimpses of real ability but has rarely delivered. His raw speed makes him a live exotic chance in a weak maiden.

Batkin & Damme Smash Repairs Mdn Plate
The Wagga Riverside circuit favours handy runners and Billy Owen’s positive recent record boosts confidence. He shapes as the one to beat if the tempo is moderate‑fast.
Broken Image arrives in solid form, placing three times in her last seven and showing an affinity for soft going. The wide barrier is a concern at this tight track, but a likely moderate‑fast tempo should suit her finishing style. She looks the most likely to knock on the door again.
Beached As Bro maps as a leader but must overcome barrier 12. On a circuit where leaders win 33% of races, his early speed is an asset if he can secure a forward spot without expending too much. Two soft‑track placings suggest he handles the conditions, though he remains a maiden with plenty to prove.
This debutant brings strong jockey credentials and a stable that can ready a horse fresh. Worth a small each‑way ticket if the race lacks depth.

Bennett & Barkell (Bm50)
Pattera returned from a spell with a close second in a BM58 at Nyngan, showing early speed. Second-up today, he drops sharply to a BM50, a grade he won at Forbes last prep on soft going. The fast tempo should suit his midfield settling style, and barrier 7 gives him options. With soft track form and a trainer in form, he looks well placed to break through.
Witch Of November returns from a 128-day spell but has strong form lines at this circuit, including a second over the track and distance on heavy. She handles wet conditions well and drops from BM58 company. The wide draw is a concern, but Brodie Loy is a positive booking. If she can overcome the first-up hoodoo, she’s a leading contender.
Kgalagadi has impressed in his short career, winning his maiden before a head defeat in a Class 2 last time. The inside alley is a plus, and despite stepping up in grade slightly, his profile is rapidly improving. The main question mark is the soft track, but he must be respected.
Hells Son has been competing in much tougher grade and now plummets to a BM50, a race he nearly won at this track and distance last October. He’s a proven soft-track performer with two victories on rain-affected ground.

Wagga RSL Club Ladies Day Cup (Bm74)
Before The War maps to lead from barrier 5 and enjoys the inside bias at Wagga Riverside. With tactical speed and a favourable setup, he is well placed to control the race and prove hard to catch.
Fourthtimelucky arrives on the back of a dominant BM58 win at Wagga and draws perfectly in barrier 3.
Bide Your Time dazzled in his debut campaign, winning here and placing behind city Class3 company. He returns from a long break with a trial and maps handy from barrier 4. The untested soft surface and weak riding engagement are concerns, but his raw ability and track suitability make him a major threat.
From barrier 6 she can settle midfield and, if the track bias isn't too severe, her finishing burst can be potent.

Remax Elite (Bm50)
In a weak BM50, Special Prophet brings a class drop and strong recent form. Two soft-track wins confirm he handles the conditions, and the inside barrier gives him every chance. He's primed to break a winless run at 1800m despite not having won here before.
Mayfair Hotel brings proven course-and-distance credentials to a winnable race.
From the inside, Iconic Rose can adopt a handy spot and is trending in the right direction. She was competitive in a similar Class 1 last time and the set-up looks ideal to run a placing again.
Chebici is a proven soft-track performer who has been racing in tougher BM58 races. The drop in class and return to a rain-affected surface can spark a form reversal.

Jaegers Event Hire Hcp (C1)
A massive weight drop to 53.5kg after shouldering up to 68kg in picnic Opens transforms her chances. Her recent consistency against stronger opposition and ability to handle soft going make her a leading contender. If she can find cover midfield from barrier 8, she will be charging late in a race that should suit her finishing style.
The wide draw is the main hurdle, but he can overcome it if he gets across without burning too much fuel early.
With a patient ride, she can be swooping late and represents genuine each‑way value in a wide‑open Class 1.
