Addictive Dream draws the inside barrier which is a massive advantage at Carnarvon over 1000m. Ran an excellent 2nd at Rockingham last start in similar grade. Class rise is a concern but the inside draw and light weight offset it. Looks the most likely winner at each-way value.

TABtouch - Better Your Bet (Bm56+)
She has been competing well in BM58+ and Class5, so this is a slight drop in grade. The major concern is barrier 8 which is difficult at Carnarvon, but if she can cross early she can be very competitive. Each-way value given her class edge.
First-up from a long spell with blinkers removed. Barrier 3 is ideal for a front-running role. A risky proposition but if she handles the jump in class, she could be a factor.
Shooting Kontiki is a reliable galloper who benefits from dropping in class after several runs in stronger company. Barrier 2 suits Carnarvon's on-pace bias and second-up from a spell suggests fitness improvement. The main concerns are his weight and distance record - he hasn't won over 1000m in 15 attempts.

Roy Bellotti Memorial Mdn
Violent was an eye-catching debut second at Geraldton, beaten just half a length, and returns 30 days later with natural improvement. Drawn in the favoured middle barrier range at a track where leaders and on-pace runners dominate. While the sample size is minimal, her debut suggests she is the horse to beat in a weak maiden.
Now second-up with blinkers applied, she is expected to strip fitter and may take closer order. Drawn barrier 11, which aligns with the middle-barrier bias seen at Carnarvon recently. She represents solid each-way claims in a race lacking depth.
Royal Riviera has shown steady improvement in her two runs, finishing 5th then 4th at Geraldton. She steps to Carnarvon with the benefit of a nice inside barrier (4) and blinkers applied for the first time, which may help her settle or sharpen her speed. The stable is in good form with two runners.
Her recent 5th at Carnarvon over 1000m was not disastrous, and she drops to 1200m which may suit. She needs luck from the draw but is a live chance if the tempo suits.

Happy Birthday Kingsley Pateman Hcp (C3)
She ran a close 3rd to Undercover Sniper on May 16 and has the early speed to offset barrier 9. The visors-on change may help her settle.
However, barrier 12 on a track that heavily favours inside draws is a significant hurdle. He will need an early burst to cross and avoid being trapped wide.
However, the jump from Class 1 to Class 3 is steep, and he carries a hefty 60.5kg. Prefer others for the win.
He ran a respectable 5th in a stronger race here on May 16 and could lead outright if Tsang commits. An each-way play with genuine place claims.

Gascoyne Traders (Bm64+)
Simply Rosso is perfectly suited by conditions. He won a similar BM64+ last start at Carnarvon over 1000m, and has barrier 1 which is a major advantage on this leader-favoured track. With a 100% win rate from two Carnarvon starts and proven form at this level, he is the most likely winner. The only concern is jockey form, but the horse carries strong momentum.
Gold Spy has an outstanding Carnarvon record with four wins from five starts, including a dominant last-start victory in BM56+ over 1000m. He rises in class today but has placed in BM68+ here previously. Barrier 8 is a slight negative but his natural early speed should offset it. With Madi Derrick retaining the ride, he remains a major winning chance.
Ironclad Boy comes off a solid second in a BM56+ over 1200m at Carnarvon two weeks ago. He drops 3kg in weight (53.5kg) and draws barrier 4, which is favourable. He has placed in BM64+ at this track before (over 1600m) and is capable of running well at this level. The main query is his distance record, but recent form suggests he is close to a win.
Our Kiwi Princess ran a bold second to Simply Rosso in the corresponding BM64+ over 1000m two weeks ago, beaten a narrow margin. She draws barrier 3 and has Bailey Webster riding, who combines at 25% with trainer Malcolm Mackenzie. The mare rises slightly in class but handles Good tracks well (38:8-7-6).

Tyler Contracting (Bm56+)
Dream Illusion is the most reliable form reference—won over this track/trip last start in the same grade. He has three Carnarvon wins and a strong place record. The midfield map is a slight concern given the leader bias, but he has shown he can finish well.
Western Impact is a track specialist who rarely runs poorly at Carnarvon over 1400m. He finished third in this same race on May 16 and drops 1kg with a useful claim.
Only Us broke through with a strong win over 1200m here a fortnight ago, showing clear improvement. The step to 1400m is a query but he looks ready for it. Barrier 11 forces him back, which is not ideal at Carnarvon, but if he gets clear wind late he can threaten. More a place chance than a win play.
Never Sober returns from a short break and has a good record when fresh at Carnarvon, having placed in this grade previously. He gets a handy weight drop and the stable has him second-up, often their best run. He maps wide but can slot in.

Mt Augustus Tourist Park Hcp (C1)
Daiyamondo stands out with a favourable inside barrier and a strong record at 1400m, having placed in 4 of 11 attempts. She ran a competitive 4th first-up in a BM56+ and now drops slightly in class. However, her poor win rate and second-up struggles keep confidence in check.
That form is the strongest in the race, but he now carries 59.5kg, 4.5kg more than that run, which is a major query. Barrier 9 also requires luck. He is a solid place chance but the weight may stop him winning.
Hot Nova represents excellent each-way value after dropping from BM64+ company to Class 1. She has been competitive in better races, including a 6th in a BM64+ at Carnarvon last start, and gets the aid of a light weight.
She drops from Class 2 to Class 1 and has placed at this distance in better company. Her recent form is moderate, but she can run into a place if the tempo suits.
