Oakfield Saturn profiles as the most likely winner. Barrier 12 is a concern but as a likely leader on a track that strongly favours on-pace runners (positional bias 4-6 placing 50%), she should secure a forward spot. Bullock fits well.

Scone RSL Midway (Bm72)
Viewpoint is a progressive 3yo with strong upside and elite connections (McEvoy/Dilmi). However the class rise is meaningful and the wide barrier with a midfield-back settling pattern works against the Scone on-pace bias.
She has previously won a BM72/1600m at Randwick which is a strong form reference.
Visors return - a gear change that has previously coincided with strong runs.

TAB Highway Hcp (C3)
Autumn King profiles as the most likely winner. The drop from Group 2/Listed company to country Class 3 is significant, and his form lines around quality types read strongly at this level. Maps to settle on-speed from barrier 5, which is the prime Scone position (winners come from first 6 at 400m). Bullock fits the stable beautifully (24% SR).
Moon Sweeper drops significantly in class after running 2nd in Bench 70 at Eagle Farm beaten under a length. The 1600m and Good 4 conditions suit perfectly based on the form record. Top weight 62kg is a hurdle but the class relief compensates. Parr is a capable booking despite quiet recent form. Handy barrier allows good positioning.
Olympian has clear claims with a perfect course record (1 win, 1 placing from 2 at Scone) and a major class drop from Group 3 company. Barrier 9 is the concern, but he can settle midfield and exploit Scone's on-pace bias. The two flat efforts in stronger grade are easily forgiven on class lines.
Last-start 2nd in stronger Bench 68 company reads well dropping back. The Morgan/Messara combo strikes at 28%.

Yarraman Park Woodlands Stakes
The Waterhouse/Bott stable rarely produce 2YOs this forward without serious ability, and Rachel King's engagement signals confidence. The wide draw is the only real concern, but with genuine tempo expected and her ability to settle handy/midfield, she should get into the race well. Class rise to Listed is the question, but trial and debut form suggest she handles it.
La Gitana brings the strongest black-type form lines into this race, having finished 2nd in a Listed at Flemington and 3rd in a Group 3 at Caulfield. The concern is she's first-up after 77 days with only a placing fresh previously, but the Hayes stable and McEvoy booking suggests they expect a strong showing. Maps to lead or sit handy which is the winning profile at Scone.
The inside barrier is a major positive at Scone where inside draws hold a moderate edge, and she maps as the leader. Against her is the very fast tempo prediction and her wins have come on Soft tracks. Place chance more secure than win.
By premium sire Too Darn Hot, she has the breeding to handle the class rise.

Kia Ora (Bm72)
Barrier 5 gives him a perfect on-pace setup at Scone, which heavily favours runners in the first six at the 400m. Trainer Doyle excels with these progressive types, and the jockey/trainer combo strikes at 14%. Class rise is the only concern, but the trajectory and map make him the most likely winner.
First up but stable handles fresh runners exceptionally well, and his 1-from-1 first-up record is encouraging. Barrier 12 is the main concern given Scone's inside bias, requiring tactical adjustment.
Pimlico is a progressive 3yo who has won his last two and races with high consistency (43% win rate). The barrier 19 draw is the major issue at a track that strongly favours inside barriers (1-6), but the horse's class and finish should still put him in the finish. Genuine top-three chance with map being the only concern.
The class rise is the only legitimate knock, but recent winning margins suggest there's more to come. Excellent each-way value relative to assessed chance.

Magic Millions (Bm78)
The Waller stable's second-up record and class trajectory are excellent. Grima rides at 57kg with claim, perfect set-up. He maps to settle midfield with cover and produce his trademark turn-of-foot.
Amreekiyah's two most recent runs were in stronger Bench 88 grade, and her February Bench 78 Randwick win shows she's well-placed back at this level. Zac Lloyd booking from a quality stable is a positive intent signal. Stamina at 1700m is the question, but she comes back to her grade with a freshen and should be hard to hold out late.
Sounds Unusual is a thoroughly reliable Bench 78 type who has placed in Bench 88 grade and ran 2nd last start in similar company. Barrier 4 gives him the chance to settle handy which suits Scone's bias. Top weight is a concern but his class is above most rivals.
The light 54.5kg weight is a huge advantage at 1700m and the in-form Archibald stable has her at peak fitness with only 14-day backup. She finishes off strongly which suits a fast tempo race profile. Underpriced relative to her form trajectory.

Scone Equine Hospital (Bm78)
Barrier 2 is gold at Scone where position at the 400m is critical, and Jason Collett rides for an in-form Pfieffer stable. Maps to settle 2nd-3rd on the rail and sprint home. Genuine win chance.
Major concern is barrier 19 at a position-sensitive track, but class edge and finishing strength should compensate. Genuine threat if he gets cover early.
Hay Street is the progressive 3yo of the race with five top-3 finishes from six starts. Last-start 3rd at Randwick in BM78 reads well and Braith Nock is among the best at Scone (15 wins from 108). Carries just 55kg with a 1.5kg claim already factored. Solid each-way prospect with upside.
Winner of 6 of her last 7 including a BM82 at Muswellbrook and Open at Muswellbrook last start. Ashley Morgan retains the ride at 33% combo strike rate. Barrier 6 is ideal at position-sensitive Scone.

Coolmore Denise''s Joy Stakes
Akaysha is the most credentialled black-type filly in the field, with consistent Listed-level form including a Listed win last start and multiple Group/Listed placings. Returns to the very race where she placed 3rd last year, now better seasoned. Barrier 14 and 59kg are negatives but class edge and Snowden/Schofield combination justify favouritism status on form.
Maps as a likely leader/on-pacer which is the most advantageous position at Scone. Blinkers first time is a meaningful gear change for Tom Charlton.
Class rise to Listed is significant but her trajectory and form profile justify respect. First up stats are modest (0:0-1-0) which tempers enthusiasm but the trainer/jockey have prepared her with intent.
Scone's inside-barrier bias and her ability to secure a forward position from gate 1 makes her a serious value play.

Emirates Park Ortensia Stakes
The Instructor is a proven Listed-grade performer who won this very race 12 months ago. First-up profile (2-1-1 from 5) is solid and the horse maps to settle in the first half. Form lines through Group company easily measure up to this Listed sprint.
Lightly raced 4yo with a remarkable 5 wins from 7 starts. Strong placing in Listed grade last start at Hawkesbury behind genuine sprinters confirms he belongs at this level. Light weight is a massive plus and 2nd up record is perfect (2:2-0-0). Wide barrier the main concern but talent and trajectory make him a key player.
Carrying 7kg less today is significant, and the Jay Ford combination is firing. However the wide barrier 19 and significant class rise temper enthusiasm. Form trajectory and weight relief make him a genuine top-3 threat, but the draw will require luck in running.
McEvoy retains the ride which is a positive signal.

Arrowfield Dark Jewel Classic
Surfin' Bird is the standout form runner with an outstanding 57% win rate and a fresh second to Bjorn Baker's stablemate-quality field at Hawkesbury G3 last start. Drawn perfectly in barrier 2 at a position-sensitive Scone circuit, she can settle handy and use her proven turn of foot. Rachel King aboard adds confidence.
Second-up should bring improvement, and the Jason Collett booking, who is 2-from-2 aboard, is a confidence signal. Class rise is the concern but her best form measures up.
Tuileries brings the strongest black-type form, having won this same race profile (G3 1400m Newcastle) earlier in the prep. Last start 11th at Rosehill in G2 can be forgiven on softer ground. The wide barrier is a clear negative at position-sensitive Scone, but class and Schofield reunion provide a path. Each-way value at double digits.
Her second-up record is exceptional (3 wins from 5) and she ran a creditable 4th in the Hawkesbury G3 first-up. Strong each-way play.

Darley Luskin Star Stakes
Captain Furai is the most reliable form proposition in the race. Three wins from his last four with the latest a dominant Bench100 success at Randwick under McEvoy. He's perfect at 1300m (2 from 2), drops to a featherweight 53kg, and the Waller stable continues to place him perfectly. While he steps up in grade, his class trajectory is sharp and the weight pull versus Estadio Mestalla and Linebacker is enormous. Maps to settle handy which suits the Scone 400m-pivot bias.
Linebacker is the class horse in the race, a Group 1 winner now dropping back to Listed grade where he should be hard to beat at his best. His 1300m Randwick Group 3 win last spring shows he's ideally suited by trip and surface. The query is freshness off a 42-day break after disappointing Group 1 runs, but the class drop is severe. Lloyd's engagement is positive intent.
Zou Sensation gets the gun barrier in a big field which transforms his chances. He's a proven Listed/Group winner now dropping in grade, and from gate 1 with Sherry (who knows Scone well at 17%) he can secure a perfect on-speed position which the track demands. First-up query exists but the trainer travels him with intent.
Formal Display is in career-best form with three straight wins and the Archibald/Nock combination clicking. While he rises sharply in class and draws awkwardly in 17, his win pattern across varied conditions suggests genuine improvement. A horse very much running into his prime - the type the framework explicitly targets for value identification.
