He led throughout to win this track and trip a fortnight ago in a slightly stronger handicap, and he has six wins from 17 starts at Fannie Bay over 1300m. He maps to lead again on a circuit that rewards horses on the speed, and the small drop in class helps under 59kg. The risk is a repeat of his mid-prep flat runs.

TRNT Off The Track (Bm54)
Tee Galleria is the clear danger. He has seven top-three finishes from nine starts and a Fannie Bay record of one win and four seconds. He led and was narrowly beaten over 1300m two runs back, then ran third in a country-two handicap last start. In a moderate tempo he should sit outside Kessler.
Press Express has been desperately close, finishing a length and a half third here over 1300m last start and second in this grade the run before. She settles just off the leaders and can wind up late, with 58kg no burden. She has only two wins from 33 starts and is still a maiden at the trip, and barrier 8 is only just inside the better draw band.
I'm A Dreamer is the value. He won his previous two starts, sits on the pace, and draws barrier 2 under 57kg with a claim. That is the map Fannie Bay rewards, and the stable has had five winners from its last 20 starters. He has never won this track and distance in 12 goes and was well back over 1200m eight days ago, so he needs to bounce.

Scott Services 10-Year Anniversary Hcp (70)
His record at Fannie Bay over 1300m is 6:4-1-0, and he has been racing at or above this restricted level. Eight days ago he ran second in a similar handicap from just off the pace, and his earlier second in a stronger 1300m race shows the weight is manageable. A slow tempo and barrier 1 let him take the trail behind the only leader. The knock is 60.5kg and a habit of finding one better.
He is a natural on-pacer from barrier 4 and meets Bruno Bruno 2kg better for the same stable. His career record is 40:5-12-4, with the track and distance line reading 3:0-2-0. The run that matters was a narrow second in this grade at Fannie Bay when he shared the lead. Last start he was only fifth in a slowly run race and needs to travel better. In this shape he should be much closer.
Bon's Your Back keeps filling the minors and the trip is his best asset. He has nine starts at 1300m for three wins, two seconds and three thirds, and five starts at Fannie Bay over the trip for two wins and three placings. Eight days ago he ran third in this grade after missing the start and overracing. The problem is the map: he is a backmarker in a race likely run at a walk, and that pattern is hard to overcome here.
He is hard to trust after bleeding when he won two starts back and then finishing a long last eighth, yet that win was a 70 handicap at Fannie Bay in which he beat Convincebility. Last start he began awkwardly, worked forward and was only about a length and a half behind Bruno in fourth. Midfield is acceptable if the race is truly run slowly.

Weeman Pulls The Trigger Hcp (58)
Red Extreme maps to sit outside the only leader in a slowly run 1200m and carries just 55kg. Her July second in a similar Fannie Bay handicap is the best recent run in the field at this level, and she held a forward spot when fourth in a Class 2 two weeks ago. The risk here is one win from 22 and a low local strike rate for the rider.
She has already won over this track and distance and Jarrod Todd rides Fannie Bay as well as anyone. Ninety-eight days off adds another query.
Zoutara is the horse in form, winning an 1100m maiden at Fannie Bay eight days ago and running second over 1000m the start before. She can settle nearer the speed than Funnyifitwon or Mods, which matters in a race that should not be truly run. The limit is the class rise. Both recent efforts were in maidens, and her only previous trip to 1200m finished a long way back after an awkward beginning.
His only synthetic start was a win, and with no dedicated sand form line that is the nearest surface guide for Fannie Bay. Chris Nash wins one in five at this track and Paul Shiers is riding well.

PointsBet Pull 'Em (Bm73)
He has been racing right up to a winning standard in stronger BM76 company, including a course-and-distance win earlier in the year, and drops slightly in grade. A moderate tempo and his natural speed let him race handy despite barrier 8.
Genetic Freak brings the best single recent win in the race, an Open Handicap success at Fannie Bay, and now drops into a BM73 from barrier 2 where he can lead or sit outside the speed. That map fits a track that rewards on-pace runners in sprints. The query is the drop back to 1100m, a trip he has never tried, and one poor run still sits in the last three.
Field Of Flutes is the course specialist, with three wins from 11 starts at Fannie Bay over 1100m and a reliable partnership with Jarrod Todd. He has placed at his last two starts, including a narrow second in an Open Handicap, so the class drop is in his favour.
He gets the right run, on pace from barrier 5, at only 55kg, and he has won twice from eight fresh.

ROANT Trobis Special Conditions Plate
Brave Heritage maps as the lone leader in a slow 1100m, the profile that wins most Fannie Bay sprints. His record is 10:0-0-2, with both thirds at this track, including a length third over today's course eight days ago. Barrier 4 is fine and he is race-fit. The risks are 59kg and awkward barrier manners.
Warrego has the strongest recent form, a narrow second over 1100m at Kununurra and a Kyneton third that both looked up to winning standard. Jarrod Todd from barrier 3 is a real asset. The map is the problem: he settles back, and backmarkers rarely win at Fannie Bay, especially if one horse controls a slow pace. He also weakened to sixth last start. There is no sand record on file.
Mistifyzou is the only runner with a win on the board, a narrow Geelong success over 1100m when she led. She gets in with 53.5kg, maps just behind Brave Heritage and drops back from Victorian races where she was out of her depth. The spell is the concern: 132 days off and a first-up record of 1:0-0-0. Angel Brennan has limited experience at the track, and there is no sand form on file.
Milk Foam is hard to crown after 15 starts for a record of 15:0-1-3, and she is still without a place in six visits to Fannie Bay. Last start in this grade she was beaten after beginning slowly. Sand form is unknown.
