Her only start was a box-seat fourth in a stronger Super Maiden, with a hold-up near the turn and an even finish. She gets weight off the older mares and a handy sit in a race with one leader. Bjorn Baker's record at Kembla Grange adds intent. Barrier 9 and the extra 200m are the risks.

Loreal Belle is the clear map horse. She is the only runner with a leading record and should get an easy time in front at a moderate tempo. Last start at this track she led a fillies and mares maiden and was only grabbed late, finishing fourth. Waterhouse and Bott are a major plus locally. She has given ground when in front before and has no placing from two good-track starts, so she is a win and place chance rather than a lock.
Let's Be Honest is the experienced rail runner. She has two thirds from eight starts on good and has already placed at Kembla Grange, with Latham booked again. Barrier 1 lets her take a trail without burning petrol. Trials have been tidy rather than sharp.
Alpha Zeta is the best of the placed mares on wet ground. Her Hawkesbury third on Soft 5, beaten half a length after racing wide, is the right profile for this surface, and she should sit second or third. Pilkington is yet to win here.
Envious is the value debutant. There is no race form to punish, and the proxies point forward: Waller at this track, a 17 percent strike with Magorrian, and a Zoustar pedigree that fits 1200m on good ground. She has had two trials, both only moderate, and gate 11 means she may have to work or be posted wide. An each-way ticket covers the unknowns.

Threesome is the form horse in a maiden full of first-starters. His Hawkesbury sixth, beaten two lengths in a super maiden, was up to a winning standard, and the Golden Gift sixth showed he can handle stronger company when he gets a clean run. Second-up with winkers, he maps on the pace from barrier one.
Two Warwick Farm trials, a win in sharp time and a second on good ground, plus an I Am Invincible pedigree, give him a real chance to break through at 1200m. Place is the play.
Pyra is the second string of the first-starters and a logical place chance. His trials were honest rather than dazzling.
Strike A Pose is the form pick in this Soft 5 maiden. He is the only natural leader, which suits a moderate 1200m where one horse can control the race. He has already run a fighting second on soft at Canberra when he shared the lead, and Maher has him back with a soft-track trial win.
He has already run to within a length and a half of a provincial maiden winner here, and a recent local trial second says he is ready enough first-up. He maps as a leader, which matters when several rivals are debuting.

Baines Masonry Midway Mdn Hcp
The Freedman colt drops out of open company after a strong second at Randwick Kensington, where he raced handy and finished clear of the rest, and he has already placed in open two-year-old handicaps. Barrier 2 lets him sit just off a moderate speed. He is still a maiden, unplaced in two good-track runs and untried at 1600m, so the stake stays measured, but nothing else has been racing at his level.
Dance With Destiny is the next most likely winner. She closed for second at Newcastle over 1500m on good ground and has already placed at Kembla Grange and in a class one plate. Barrier 1 and winkers can have her closer than her usual midfield spot in a race without a proven leader. She is second up, a stage where she is yet to place from two starts, and she has two plain runs at today's trip.
Moon Flash is third on winning chance because she is the only horse drawn to lead a moderate maiden, and leaders who can dictate are the right profile in this grade. She raced on the speed into fourth at Kembla Grange over 1500m a fortnight ago and has a second on good ground. If she relaxes in front she can give them something to run down.
She has also run second in a Newcastle mile maiden and held her ground in a class-one plate. Mitchell Bell can park her midfield, which is the pattern that wins more than its share of Kembla miles, and the tempo should be only moderate.
He ran third at Bathurst eight days ago and has two honest fourths at the mile, including a defeat of under a length at Wyong on a day he was bumped early. He will settle back, so a moderate tempo is only a help if the leaders tire, and he is yet to place on good from two starts.

The Builders Club Super Mdn Hcp
Reelflare is the form pick in a modest maiden. The wide gate means she will need a clear last 400m on the long Kembla straight, but a moderate tempo and a rider who can place her give her the best chance of turning that run into a win.
The Hawkesbury run was honest rather than dominant: she was beaten by Scrap in the same race and her late dash came after sitting back in a race that did not fully test the leaders.
Scrap maps as the each-way horse who can control a share of this moderate tempo.
Husslaa is the value runner outside the main chances. Barrier 1 second-up gives him a cheaper run than the wide backmarkers.

UTJ Interiors Provincial (Bm64)
Her last two Kembla Grange runs at this level were the best recent efforts in the field, finishing hard from the back, and she already has a win and several placings at the track on good ground. The query is the rise to 1500m, which she has never tried, and a moderate pace that may not set the race up for a closer.
Master Riley is the map horse. He ran in the same Kembla race as Me Me last start and was going well until the finish.
Bondi Blossom gets the race shape. From barrier 1 she is the only horse drawn to lead, the weight with the claim is the lightest in the race in effect, and she has already won at 1500m on good when ridden just off the speed. The class drop from listed and BM78 form is real.
Yes Siree is the overlay. He won a mile two starts into this class last time, finding late off a handy trail, and he meets a similar race 5kg lighter once the claim is counted. A midfield sit from barrier 6 suits the moderate pace.

Illawarra Toyota Conditional (Bm68)
In the same Kembla race two weeks ago he finished second, ahead of La Morra, after interference late, and the run was up to winning standard. The Randwick failure was a wide trip in a stronger race.
She was giving away ground and still ran to a level above this field. Second-up, with 56kg and Latham, she can be handy. The check is a second-up record of 2:0-0-0, one career win, and no win at the mile.
Satness has five wins and three placings from ten starts at Kembla over 1600m and won this grade here two back, sitting just off the speed on good ground. He is the only natural leader and a moderate tempo lets him dictate. The class drop helps. He is eight, he carries 61.5kg, and he was weak late after leading last start.
Snap Decision has been the most reliable horse through the last month, a close third at Nowra under 62kg and a win over 1600m three starts back, both runs of winning quality. He gets 55.5kg from barrier 2 and can tuck in midfield.

Coates Hire (Bm64)
Mitchell Bell rides him again at 55.5kg from barrier 4, a handy sit in a moderate 1000m tempo.
Indecisive brings the most relevant Kembla 1000m form. He was a close third here in a Bm64 carrying 61kg, and earlier in the prep he ran a strong third at the same track after a wide trip. He is first-up with a 4:1-0-1 fresh record and trialled a close third over 800m. Barrier 3 helps, but 61kg and a backmarker pattern in a moderate tempo mean he is an each-way chance rather than the one to beat.
Against The Law is the class dropper, having held his own in Bm72 and Bm78 races including a Randwick fourth over 1000m. He has already won at Kembla Grange, his first-up record reads 4:1-1-0, and he won a recent local trial. Barrier 8 leaves him midfield behind a lone leader, which is workable at 1000m.
The Newcastle maiden win before that came from a long way off the pace. At 55kg from barrier 1 she can find a trail, though she is still the backmarker in a moderate 1000m.

Master Builders NSW (Bm64)
In-form mare who resumed 15 days ago with a last-to-first win at Canberra and has three victories from her last six. She settles back and lets down hard, which is exactly the profile that should prosper with the pace expected to be furious up front, and she carries a winnable weight. The second-up record is the obvious niggle, but her good-ground form is solid and the long Kembla straight gives her every chance to wind up late.
Racing in peak form, winning a Goulburn sprint and then beaten a whisker there when he could not get clear running. He has been putting up strong efforts and will lob into a nice midfield position off what should be a searching tempo.
A Kembla specialist with two wins from four here who has been set for this and warmed up with a smart trial win over the track last week. She jumps from gate two and should be able to sit just off a frantic early tempo rather than contest it. There is a query at 59kg first-up after six months, but her fresh record and her record at this circuit are sound enough for her to be in the finish.
He has won two of four starts, both on soft ground, and his first-up fourth at Hawkesbury was a solid effort after being taken back from a wide gate. The very fast predicted tempo should suit his closing style, and he has upside with only four starts behind him. The wide draw is a concern but he should be finishing hard.
Marchon is a consistent four-year-old who was narrowly beaten in his last two starts before a spell, including a close second over this track and distance on soft ground. He has early speed to overcome a wide draw and should be in the firing line, but he is first-up and steps up in grade. The fast tempo could make his handy position vulnerable, yet his class and consistency keep him in the top three.
An honest get-back sprinter who has produced two closing thirds at this level this preparation, the latest beaten a whisker after settling a clear last. He drops out of stronger races, has a solid record here and over this trip, and a hot speed battle in front of him is exactly the scenario he needs.
